AT THE BEGINING WE START OUR JOURNEY IN KAPOK FROM THE FIBER
Kapok Fiber has been an Indonesian commodity since many years ago
As the environmentally friendly material demand is increasing, we want to globalize Kapok Fiber as we believe that Kapok Fiber is a key to sustainable textile material
We exported Kapok to Japan, China, and Vietnam as they are looking for alternative materials for textile
Yarn spinning, fabric making, and soon to be knitting. With a range from 30-40s and 30% to 50% Kapok we could make a fabric out of it. Or simply, just use them as a filling in your blanket and pillow
MODERN AND TRADITIONAL WAY OF KAPOK FIBER PROCESSING
We processed the Kapok Fiber in the factory that employs local workers in Central Java
Yes we use machine for blowing but we select the fiber based on the local farmers hand to ensure the maturity
All of the process from sunbathing, drying, blowing, and packing is in this factory
Located in Central Java, we are open for a site visit. Our warm team always welcome your presence
QUALITY CONTROL THROUGH THE FIELD
We have our farm that located in Central Java and we also collaborate with the government for plantation
It is to ensure the quality of its fruits before goes into processing of Kapok Fiber in the factory. Becaause if the fruits is well-matured, the fiber and oil result is good
We believe good Kapok is from good fruit in a good plantation
AND NOW, WE EXPAND TO KAPOK OIL AND MEAL
